The emerging technologies David researches include conversational AI (voice and text chatbots), XR experiences ranging from augmented reality (AR) through mixed reality (MR) to virtual reality (VR), internet of things (IoT) devices, and wearables.

Isabelle helps large organizations design and operate successful experience management (XM) programs by producing industry thought leadership, developing and delivering training, consulting with companies, and speaking on key XM topics and trends. She currently leads the XM Institute’s research into how companies identify, design, and deploy innovative new experiences. Other areas of expertise include digital CX design, metrics management, consumer psychology and emotions, and behavioral economics.
Jay Choi

Jay Choi joined Qualtrics in January of 2016 and is currently the Chief Product Officer (CPO). At Qualtrics, Jay has led several key initiatives including category creation, pricing / packaging, and GTM strategy. Prior to joining Qualtrics, he served 16 years in executive roles with Deloitte, 3M, and Danaher. Jay earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and his Master of Business Administration in Marketing, Finance and International Business from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
